I switched from Android to iPhone and my progress is gone

Progress does not move between Google and Apple, and it cannot be transferred on request. Google Play Games never gives an app your email address, and Sign in with Apple gives a private relay address, so there is no shared identifier that could match the two accounts to each other.

Within one ecosystem, syncing works: Android and Google Play Games on PC share the same Play Games account and the same save; iPhone, iPad and Mac share the same Apple account and the same save.

Two devices show different progress

When the save on the server is newer than the one on your device, the Game shows both and asks which to keep, with the K$ balance, the time and the device name for each. Whichever you pick overwrites the other. Nothing is merged automatically — merging two different boards would silently destroy progress, so the choice is left to you.

To avoid the prompt, let the Game reach the background on one device, which uploads the save, before you open it on the other.

I paid for unlimited moves but the limit is back

Open the Game on that device while it has a connection; it re-checks your entitlement with the store at launch. On iOS and macOS, use Restore Purchases in Settings.

The purchase belongs to the store account that made it. A purchase made on Google Play does not carry over to an Apple device, and vice versa.

How does the daily move limit work?

Without the upgrade you get a set number of moves per day, and the counter resets on the local date of your device. Buying unlimited moves removes the limit permanently for that store account.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On Google Play use the Google refund request page; on Apple platforms use reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Game will not sign in

Kennel Merge starts and plays without a connection or an account — signing in only enables syncing between devices. If sign-in fails, check that Google Play Games (Android) or your Apple ID (iOS and macOS) is signed in at the system level, then restart the Game. Your local progress is not affected by a failed sign-in.

How do I delete my data?

See Delete your account.

Still stuck

Email support@devinsidercode.com with your device model, the platform, and roughly when the problem started. If it concerns your saved progress, include the account identifier from Settings → About in the Game.
