These Terms are an agreement between you and DEVINSIDERCODE CORP (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the game Kennel Merge (“the Game”). By installing or playing the Game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from. We keep all rights not expressly granted here, including all rights in the code, artwork, audio and name of the Game.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify it except where that right cannot be excluded by law; or use cheats, automation or modified clients to alter gameplay.

2. Accounts and saved progress

The Game can sign you in with Google Play Games or Sign in with Apple, and stores your progress so it reaches your other devices. You are responsible for keeping access to the provider account you sign in with.

Google accounts and Apple accounts are separate. Progress made while signed in with Play Games is not transferable to an Apple account, and the reverse is equally true — the two ecosystems share no identifier that would allow it. This is a technical limit, not a policy we can waive on request.

Stored progress is a convenience, not a guarantee: data can be lost through device failure, uninstallation, closure of your provider account, or your own deletion request. We are not able to restore deleted progress.

3. In-game currency

K$ is a fictional in-game currency. It has no monetary value, is not your property, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or cryptocurrency, and cannot be transferred to another player or withdrawn from the Game in any form. The Game offers no gambling, no wagering and no prize of real-world value. We may adjust the game economy — earning rates, prices and limits — as part of ordinary balancing.

4. Purchases

The Game is free to download. It offers one optional non-consumable purchase, unlimited moves, which removes the daily move limit for the store account that bought it.

Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by us, under the terms of the store you used. Refunds are granted by that store under its own policy and requests must go to them; we cannot issue or reverse a payment. On Apple platforms the Game provides a “Restore Purchases” action, which re-checks your entitlement with the store.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or its online save service, in whole or in part, at any time. Core play does not require a connection, and the Game remains playable offline if the save service is unavailable.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and delete your data as described on the Delete your account page. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 9 survive termination.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost progress, lost data or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEVINSIDERCODE CORP is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

10. Terms specific to Apple platforms

The following applies when you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store.

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
• Your licence is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the Game on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• We alone are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Game. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support.
• If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Game, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the Game or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the Game infringes the intellectual property rights of that third party.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms are published on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
