What to include
Tell us what happened and what you expected. Your device model, iOS or Android version, game version and a screenshot can help us investigate. For purchase issues, mention the store used and the purchase date if you know it. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
A quick gameplay guide
- Drag a piece from NEXT onto an empty tile.
- Connect three or more matching pieces by their sides to merge them. Diagonal contact does not count.
- Keep one piece in RESERVE for later. Parking a piece there does not use a move.
Core play works offline without a cloud account. Purchases, restoration and cloud services need a connection.
Unlimited Moves and purchase restoration
The optional Unlimited Moves upgrade is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It removes the mobile game's free move limit. Your app store handles payment and refunds.
- Connect to the internet and use the same Apple or Google store account that made the purchase.
- Open Settings → Unlimited Moves → Restore Purchases.
- Wait for the store response. If the store is unavailable, try again when connected.
Restoring cloud progress does not transfer a purchase between Apple and Google. If restoration still fails, email us using the link above. You do not need to buy the upgrade again to ask for help.
Cloud progress and account deletion
Optional cloud backup uses Google Play Games on Android or Game Center on iOS. Keep access to the same provider account when restoring compatible saved progress. Without a working backup, reinstalling the game can lose local progress.
To request cloud deletion, open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete Cloud Data while online. Wait for confirmation; a pending request or error does not mean deletion is complete. Cloud deletion keeps your current local game, move allowance and store purchases.

Browser demo
The browser demo gives you 15 board moves per attempt. Replay starts a fresh attempt. The demo has no purchases, and its progress does not transfer to the mobile game.
